| Wheelchair Basketball Clinic |
The wheelchair basketball coaching clinic was held on May 31, 2008 at the Barwell Road Community
Center.
David Kiley, one of the most accomplished athletes in disability sports and acknowledged as one of the
greatest players in the history of wheelchair basketball, was the instructor for the day. Kiley was
instructing and also looking for talent to join college teams. Dick Bryant (Coach of the Charlotte Rollin
Bobcats and inducted into the NWBA Hall of Fame 2008) assisted with instruction. Dick has been
involved with wheelchair basketball since 1970.
