You Call This Yoga is dedicated to the improvement of the public’s health through the development and teaching of chair yoga and gentle mat based programs. The organization seeks to align with organizations that promote the public’s well being, provide educational materials in various media, and facilitate the training of teachers to teach chair and gentle mat yoga. The ultimate goal is to become an integral part of a national wellness agenda.

YogaFest NC is an exciting full-day conference designed to offer healthy lifestyle choices. The event centers on the practice of yoga and is filled with wellness and educational opportunities to improve mobility. YogaFest NC will take place on April 14, 2012 in Raleigh, NC, and be led by event chairman, Dr. Jeffrey Engel, Health Director for the State of North Carolina.
