Skeet shooting is a recreational and competitive activity where people attempt to break clay discs that are shot across the sky. The athlete uses a shot gun to break the clay discs. Skeet shooting is easily adapted to a person who is using a wheelchair. This is a great sport for people with spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, stroke, or who are an amputee.
