Sitting Volleyball

Sitting volleyball is played with all players sitting on the ground. The court is smaller than a traditional volleyball court and the net is lower. Sitting volleyball is a great game for people who have polio, ankle or knee problems, or are an amputee. Sitting volleyball is a US Paralympic sport that we are trying to grow in the Triangle. Sitting volleyball is open to all ages, gender, and abilities.
