Bridge II Sports wheelchair basketball is being elevated to an art form!

The BIIS PRIDE take the court on October 5th as the Contemporary Art Museum (CAM) opens their Above the Rim exhibition during First Friday Raleigh.

The team will play an exhibition on a half court built right inside the museum and then open the floor to anyone that wants to try out a sportchair.

CAM Raleigh’s Above the Rim exhibition  “explores basketball through the lens of art and celebrates the energy, poetry, community, and excitement of the game.
The exhibition brings together fifteen diverse, internationally renowned artists using various media. The exhibition views basketball as both a sport and a cultural phenomenon that crosses boundaries and connects communities across class, race, gender, nationality, and age.”

Mark your calendar and invite friends and family to come out to interact with this incredible exhibit, support Bridge II Sports and celebrate the power of sport!

First Friday Raleigh is a free event and open the public.
