Getting Ready for a Big Week with Everybody Plays NC!

The Bridge II Sports team is buzzing with energy as we gear up for an exciting week ahead. In the warehouse, Mac Renslow and Austin Pittsley have been hard at work preparing wheelchairs, ramps, and all the adaptive equipment we’ll need for one of our biggest opportunities of the year. Their behind‑the‑scenes effort is what makes our programs shine—and the photos from today say it all.

Looking Ahead to an Inspiring Week

Next Tuesday, we’ll be spending time with a large group of Durham Public Schools PE teachers—an incredible chance to share our passion for inclusive play and the mission behind Everybody Plays NC (EBPNC). We’re excited to introduce them to the world of adaptive sports and spark new ideas about what’s possible for students of all abilities.

We’re bringing equipment, energy, and a few surprises to help educators experience the power of adaptive sports firsthand. It’s shaping up to be a meaningful day of connection, learning, and movement—and we can’t wait to share how it goes.

A full recap is coming after the event, including highlights, photos, and stories from the day.
