Wheelchair Basketball is very similar to its standing basketball counterpart; however, athletes use lightweight sports chairs that are easy to maneuver and increase stability in order to react with the athlete’s body. Athletes are required to shoot, pass, or dribble after every 2 pushes. The sport tests athlete eye-hand coordination and is bound by team camaraderie!
