Join us for a big time hoops fest benefiting Bridge II Sports!
On Saturday February 24th the Life Enrichment Center (LEC) at Wake Chapel Church in Raleigh is hosting the Winterfest Showcase- a full day spectacle of all things basketball…dunk contest, 3 point shoot out, old school vs. new school game…and of course, wheelchair basketball!
The LEC invited Bridge II Sports to come and show off wheelchair hoops and give people at the event a chance to see and experience what it’s all about. They have generously offered a percentage of proceeds for the event to go directly to our BIIS Jr. Thunder Wheelchair Basketball program.
Come out for a great day of supporting and celebrating the love of basketball and helping challenge perceptions of disability.
Event is from 11am-4pm; Wheelchair basketball will take the court around 1-2.
